The Ingredients are not difficult to find even at super markets. Of course this depends on what place of the world you live. In some countries olive oil is more expensive than perfumes. In this case you can use other kind of oil although it needs a very small quantity and my advice is to have some olive oil even if it costs much because it is by far the most healthy and also tastes good.
If you can not find arugula you can use only lettuce or replace arugula with something else that is not sweet. The other thing that can be a bit difficult to be found in some places in the world is the balsamic vinegar. In case you use a simple vinegar do not use very much. Balsamic has a more special taste.
The ideal would be to use a red apple but you can use a green one too. If you don’t like apples you can use an other fruit but not any kind of fruit. it has to be not sweet or soft. A nectarine could be a different option.
This salad has a lot of beneficial ingredients and can also a very tasty and stylist when you invite your friends or someone special at your house. And also does not require a fully equiped kitchen. I used to make this salad very often when I was a student and I still do it quite often. So , don’t be afraid to make it even if you are amateur cooker. It’s easy and needs not a lot of time.
