<p>Ingredients:<br />
-3 / 4 cup. milk or orange juice<br />
-1 Cup. flour<br />
-1 egg<br />
-2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br />
-2 Teaspoons baking powder<br />
-2 Tsp sugar<br />
-1 / 2 tsp salt<br />
-orange zest<br />
-1 vanilla<br />
-Oil for frying<br />
-1 banana<br />
-some strawberries<br />

<p>execution:<br />
1. Mix all the liquid ingredients (egg, milk or orange juice, olive oil).<br />
2. Mix the remaining solid material to another container and add to the mixture of liquids.<br />
3. Add the lemon zest.<br />
4. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.<br />
5. Put one pot on fire with a little olive oil (about a tablespoon).<br />
6. When you heat the oil put a tablespoon of the mixture and spread somewhat.<br />
7. As soon as we see bubbles, we make a fast turn of the pancake, to cook the other side.<br />
8. Just cook the pancakes and then you can to serve in this way: Place in a dish around 3 or 4 on top of each other. From top drizzle with honey, and put a few pieces of banana and strawberries (or other fruit) and sprinkle with cinnamon.</p>

You can easily accompany it with rice. The type of rice I would recommend is basmati. The materials are easy to be found. Concerning olive oil I would not recommend use of other kinds of oils. There is great difference using a Greek virgin olive oil and a simple cheap oil. The quanity is very small anyway , so it worths. The most difficult to be found is the coconut milk, but I think you can find it in most super markets all over the world. It&#8217;s not difficult to be cooked and you are going to love it.</p>
<p>Here is the recipe:</p>
<p>Preparation time: 10 minutes<br />
Cooking time: 30 minutes</p>
<p>Materials</p>
<ul>
<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li>1 chopped onion</li>
<li>1 large potato, cut into cubes</li>
<li>1 eggplant into cubes</li>
<li>250 gr. small fresh mushrooms</li>
<li>2 tablespoons kari.br /&gt; 150 ml vegetable broth</li>
<li>400 ml coconut milk canned</li>
<li>Chopped parsley</li>
</ul>
<p>Preparation: Heat the olive oil in a large, deep frying pan and add the onion and potato. Cover and let stand for 7 minutes on a low heat until the potatoes to begin to soften. Pour into the pan eggplant and mushrooms and let stand for another 8 minutes. Add the curry, broth and milk and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve over basmati rice and decorate with chopped parsley.</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
3-4 medium potatoes<br />
1 medium onion<br />
1 carrot<br />
4-5 dried figs soaked in water<br />
2 cloves garlic<br />
1 apple<br />
1 coffee cup red wine<br />
3 tablespoons olive oil<br />
plenty of sage<br />
1 bay leaf<br />
parsley<br />
thyme<br />
cinnamon<br />
paprika<br />

<p>execution:<br />
1. Wash the potatoes well as it is with the peel and chop. Do the same for the apple. Peel the carrot and cut into strips. Peel and chop the onions into pieces as in tomato and garlic slivers.<br />
2. Put them all in a pan and add all the spices and all remaining ingredients. Add some water.<br />
3. Mix well and put them to oven at 220 degrees for about one hour til it&#8217;s done. Stir occasionally and add if you need more water.</p>
<p>You can serve with a few drops of lemon and fresh parsley.</p>
<p>- What happens if you can not find all ingredients:</p>
<p>I think that it is very easy to find the basic ingredients that is potatoes. onion , carrots and figs. If you do not have the figs you should try to add something similar because it is quite important for the recipe as gives a special taste and juice to the potatoes. If you do not add them , then do not add so much carrot. You might have problem finding some of the herbs. If you do not find something of them like theme or parsley it will be ok, but try to have herbs in your kitchen especially if you are vegetarian! But even if you are not, herbs are very healthy and can offer many different and special options to the food.</p>
<p>The recipe is not difficult to be made even by an amatuer cooker. Some people will not like it very much and some others will love it. The taste is quite special. ANyway most people do like it very much , especially vegetarians! Try to make it at home!</p>

3. We cut the apple into cubes or thin slices<br />
4. We put all ingredients in a large bowl  and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.      5. Add salt and paprika.<br />
6. Mix well and serve.</p>
<p>The execution is very simple as there is nothing that needs cooking or other special  skills.</p>
<p>The Ingredients are not difficult to find even at super markets. Of course this depends on what place of the world you live. In some countries olive oil is more expensive than perfumes. In this case you can use other kind of oil although it needs a very small quantity and my advice is to have some olive oil even if it costs much because it is by far the most healthy and also tastes good.</p>
<p>If you can not find arugula you can use only lettuce or replace arugula with something else that is not sweet. The other thing that can be a bit difficult to be found in some places in the world is the balsamic vinegar. In case you use a simple vinegar do not use very much. Balsamic has a more special taste.</p>
<p>The ideal would be to use a red apple but you can use a green one too. If you don&#8217;t like apples you can use an other fruit but not any kind of fruit. it has to be not sweet or soft. A nectarine could be a different option.</p>
<p>This salad has a lot of beneficial ingredients and can also a very tasty and  stylist when you invite your friends or someone special at your house. And also does not require a fully equiped kitchen. I used to make this salad very often when I was a student and I still do it quite often.  So , don&#8217;t be afraid to make it even if you are amateur cooker. It&#8217;s easy and needs not a lot of time.</p>

You should keep a few different kinds of beer on hand. Just “light and dark beer” is a terrible suggestion. Do you know what an IBU is? How about the difference between a Swartzbier and a milk stout? I suggest keeping an American IPA, amber ale, wheat beer and a rich stout on hand. This covers the spectrum pretty well without getting too crazy. The essential liquors and ingredients are pretty simple but they might not be obvious. The last consideration is wine. Like with beer, there is a lot more to wine than just white or red. I suggest a merlot, pinot noir, pinot grigio, muscato, champagne, Riesling, chardonnay and sauvignon blanc. That should fill up your wine racks nicely and offer a different flavor for everyone.<br />

Indeed, good old Homer Simpson-beloved beer appears to have a number of health pluses. That is, of course, with the very<br />
crucial proviso that you consume the appropriate portions and don&#8217;t down it with mass quantities of pork rinds and potato chips.</p>
<p>Yes, red wine got a gigantic amount of good press via the &#8220;French paradox&#8221; some years back, and many, especially winemakers, argue that it&#8217;s the healthiest form of alcohol because of its high number of antioxidants. The fact of the matter, however, is that study after study shows that regular, moderate alcohol consumption in almost any format &#8212; merlot, martini, or Molson &#8212; has many of the same positive impacts. These range from improving heart health and cholesterol to even possibly aiding in the prevention of dementia in the elderly.</p>
<p>Still, because alcoholic beverages are made from varying ingredients, we were wondering about what nutrients might flow from beer taps as opposed to wine or whiskey bottles. It&#8217;s hard not to imagine that the beverages which happen to deliver the most non-alcohol nutrients might be the healthiest. Here are some of the nutrients found in regular and premium beers, in alphabetical order:</p>
<ul>
<li> B6</li>
<li> Calcium</li>
<li> Carbohydrate (of course!)</li>
<li> Folate (a well known antioxidant)</li>
<li> Magnesium</li>
<li> Niacin</li>
<li> Phosphorus</li>
<li> Polyphenols (a similar amount found to those found in red wine)</li>
<li> Potassium</li>
<li> Protein (premium beers often have a surprising 1.6 grams)</li>
<li> Sodium (okay, most of us could do with less of this)</li>
</ul>
<p>It&#8217;s hard to imagine that it&#8217;s not slightly good to be getting most of these nutrients, which might not always be found in a glass of chianti or a shot of tequila. Even so, we have no doubt that people will be arguing for decades about which booze contains the most health benefits when consumed in small to moderate regular doses.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s interesting to remember that beer, unlike nearly all other forms of alcohol, really was once considered a form of nutrition. It&#8217;s true that the breakfast beer drunk in the distant past is not something we&#8217;d recognize if it ever flowed from contemporary beer taps, but there is some truth to the bartender&#8217;s cliche that &#8220;beer is bread.&#8221;</p>
<p>Come to think of it, few foods are healthier than a slice of 100% whole wheat bread. Perhaps a whole grain beer might have at least some of the same benefits.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
12 slices sourdough dark bread, toasted<br />
12 slices mashrooms<br />
1 firm but ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced<br />
2  tomatoes, sliced<br />
4 romaine lettuce leaves<br />
1/2 cup whole-wheat  flour<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/4  teaspoon dried sage<br />
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme<br />
1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper<br />
1/16 teaspoon baking powder<br />
1/2 cup plain soy milk<br />
1 1/4 pounds chicken-style seitan dough or just chicken filet<br />
olive oil or canola oil, for frying<br />
3/4 cup Veganaise (available in health food stores)</p>
<p>The preparation is easy and similar with the fast food club sandwich. Good luck!</p>

<p>Pulses are the vegetable category  where belong beans, lentils, Louvi, chickpea, soybean, and more. The pulses have a different color, shape, size and can be eaten green with the wrist after excision from the plant. </p>
<p>Legumes are rich in protein, potassium, folic acid, iron and magnesium. It is low in fat. It is rich in phytochemicals that help prevent chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. </p>
<p>The beans contain fiber that is not absorbed in the intestine. Facilitate the transfer of the contents of the intestines and fight constipation. Dietary fiber helps reduce blood cholesterol which protects the heart. </p>
<p>Soy is a unique form of pulses because the characteristics of the meat. Additionally it contains isoflavones, substances that may reduce cancer risk. </p>
<p>Peanuts are legumes. Contain fat, but the species is in monounsaturated fats that are among the most wholesome available. Peanuts when consumed in moderation is beneficial. The problem is that often consumed large quantities and added during the processing of salt hurts. </p>
<p>Pulses can be used in many ways, in soups, stews dishes, salads, mashed potatoes and more. When purchased it is preferable to have approximately the same size. &#8216;So the cook will be uniform. </p>
<p>Before cooking the beans thoroughly washed, cleaned because it may contain small stones, or some other fiber fruits are not good and should be removed. Several legumes, like beans, broad beans, the chickpea, the Louvi, need soaking before cooking. That is good to put in water overnight before cooking. Canned beans are also another good choice.</p>
